Innovative straightening

This innovative system features a series of clear, custom-made aligners that gradually move teeth to a new improved position. It is an attractive option for adults and teenagers who may feel self-conscious about sporting more obvious metal braces with their unsightly brackets and wires.

Several sets of specially moulded, slightly different aligners are made for each patient. Each set is worn for two weeks before being replaced with the next one.

Treatment Steps

At an initial appointment, we will ensure your teeth are suitable for this type of treatment. We then use advanced technology, including our state-of-the-art iTero scanner, to create 3D images of your teeth and ensure the aligners will have a precise and accurate fit.

We then create your bespoke treatment plan and ensure you are happy with it. A series of aligners are then produced in a laboratory, using the digital scans we have taken. Each aligner needs to be worn for 1-2 weeks before moving onto the next one.

You will need to wear your aligners for 22-23 hours per day, removing them only for eating, drinking, cleaning and flossing. We keep an eye on your progress at regular appointments.

Our innovative Dental Monitoring system also allows us to check your progress from the comfort of your own home. This reduces the number of in practice appointments you need and ensures the accuracy of your Invisalign treatment. Once you have worn the last aligner, treatment is complete and you can start showing off your new smile!
